Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

The service sold is a promotional leaderboard placement on topCreators.bid, ranked solely by the total amount paid for that listing. Listings are paid advertisements for the listed channel — the board labels them as such. A payment buys a defined digital service, delivered immediately: a public listing (name, avatar, follower count), an outbound link to the channel, click tracking, and placement at the position your listing’s total reaches at the moment the payment is confirmed.

• It is not advertising space on Instagram or YouTube.
• It is not an endorsement, review, award, certification or ranking of merit by Menula.
• It does not buy traffic, clicks, followers, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at any position, or any other result.
• It confers no rights beyond appearing on our board at the position your payment reaches.

2. Who may buy

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must own the listed channel or be authorised to promote it (as its manager, agency or team member). Checkout requires this attestation and records it with every payment. Listing a channel you do not control is impersonation: it is removed without refund to the payer (see Takedown & impersonation).
• This is not fan-funding or crowdfunding. Payments are advertising spend by, or on behalf of, the party being promoted. There is no mechanism for third parties to “support” a listing.

3. Placement is dynamic

Any listing can be outranked at any time by other buyers paying more. We owe you no notice of this, and no guarantee of duration, visibility, clicks, traffic, followers, revenue or any other outcome. The board is public and changes continuously.

4. Payment

• Prices and charges are in US dollars, whole dollars only, wherever you are.
• Prices are tax-inclusive: where Indian GST applies to a sale, it is borne by Menula out of the price — nothing is added at checkout. Your billing country and card issuing country are recorded as evidence of your location for tax purposes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• Our payment account operates under India’s export rules: payment requires a card issued outside India. Indian-issued cards are declined by the payment network. If your card cannot be processed, you may request payment instructions by email; a payment made by bank transfer buys the same service on the same terms, and your listing is placed once the transfer is received.
• Charges appear on your statement as MENULA* TOPCREATORS.
• Your rank changes only when the processor confirms the payment to us — not when the payment window closes.
• All sales are final, subject to the Refund Policy.

5. Content and removal

Menula may remove or suspend any listing that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive, infringing, impersonating, or that violates Instagram’s or YouTube’s terms of service. Removal for cause is not refundable. We may also decline or reverse any purchase we believe to be fraudulent.

6. Public data

We display public profile information for listed channels (handle, display name, avatar, follower count). Follower counts are display-only and never affect rank. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menula’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid for the listing giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts at Menula’s registered office in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the service.

9. Not affiliated

topCreators.bid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Instagram, Google or YouTube. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
