Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

The service sold is a promotional leaderboard placement on topCreators.bid, ranked solely by the total amount paid for that listing.

• It is not advertising space on Instagram or YouTube.
• It is not an endorsement, review, award, certification or ranking of merit by Menula LLP.
• It confers no rights beyond appearing on our board at the position your payment reaches.

2. Who may buy

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must own the listed channel or be authorised to promote it. Listing a channel you do not control is impersonation: it is removed without refund to the payer (see Takedown & impersonation).

3. Placement is dynamic

Any listing can be outranked at any time by other buyers paying more. We owe you no notice of this, and no guarantee of duration, visibility, clicks, traffic, followers, revenue or any other outcome. The board is public and changes continuously.

4. Payment

• Prices are in US dollars, whole dollars only.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card details.
• Charges appear on your statement as MENULA* TOPCREATORS.
• Your rank changes only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us — not when the payment window closes.
• All sales are final, subject to the Refund Policy.

5. Content and removal

Menula LLP may remove or suspend any listing that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive, infringing, impersonating, or that violates Instagram’s or YouTube’s terms of service. Removal for cause is not refundable. We may also decline or reverse any purchase we believe to be fraudulent.

6. Public data

We display public profile information for listed channels (handle, display name, avatar, follower count). Follower counts are display-only and never affect rank. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menula LLP’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid for the listing giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts at Menula LLP’s registered office in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the service.

9. Not affiliated

topCreators.bid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Instagram, Google or YouTube. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
