Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to get it removed.

Controller

Menula LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, is the data controller for topCreators.bid. Contact topcreatorsbid@gmail.com. Our registered office address is available on request.

What we collect

  • Public profile data of listed channels — handle, display name, avatar image, follower count — retrieved from the platform’s official API or a licensed data provider.
  • Buyer email address, and phone number if you choose to give one, collected at checkout for your receipt, for support, and to process the payment through Razorpay.
  • Technical and analytics data — IP address, user agent, pages viewed. IP and user agent are used to de-duplicate click counts and are stored only as a salted hash for that purpose.
  • Click counts per listing, in aggregate.

No card data ever touches our servers. Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Razorpay — see Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.

Why we use it

  • Operating and displaying the leaderboard.
  • Taking payment, issuing receipts, and handling refunds and disputes.
  • Fraud prevention and abuse control.
  • Aggregate statistics (totals committed, listing counts, clicks).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Processors

  • Razorpay — payment processing.
  • MongoDB Atlas — database hosting.
  • Amazon Web Services — application and asset hosting (Asia Pacific, Mumbai region).

We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising service.

Retention

  • Payment records: 7 years (accounting and tax obligations).
  • Profile cache: 24 hours, then automatically deleted.
  • Click de-duplication hashes: 1 hour.
  • Server logs: 30 days.

Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site. We set no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, a consent banner will be shown and non-essential cookies will be set only after consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Channel owners can also have an unauthorised listing removed — see Takedown & impersonation.

The rules
Rank = total paid. Nothing else. New listings start at $5, whole dollars. Pay again on the same handle any time to climb. Equal totals — the older bid stays ahead. Clicking a creator opens their channel; clicks are free, the spotlight isn’t. All sales final.
