Refund Policy

What is not a refund ground

• Being outranked. Any listing can be passed at any time by someone paying more. That is the entire product.
• Changing your mind after the rank has been applied.
• Channel performance — clicks, traffic, followers, sponsorships or any other outcome. We sell a position on a board, and nothing else.
• Your listing being removed for cause (see Terms and Takedown).

Exceptions

Report either of these to topcreatorsbid@gmail.comwithin 7 days of the charge, quoting the email address used at checkout:

• Duplicate charge for the same checkout.
• Payment captured but the rank was never applied because of a technical fault that we confirm on our side.

How approved refunds work

• Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–10 business days.
• The refunded amount is removed from the listing total and the board re-ranks immediately. A listing refunded to $0 is delisted.
• Partial refunds remove exactly the refunded amount and re-rank accordingly.

Chargebacks

If you open a dispute with your card issuer, the disputed amount is removed from the listing total immediately and the listing is suspended pending resolution. Repeat chargebacks result in the listing being removed and the handle blocked from future purchases.

If something has gone wrong, email us first — we can usually fix it faster than a dispute can.
